Affiliate Agreement

By applying to JetPrint, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and JetPrint may, at its discretion, allow or terminate your participation in this Program.

Submitting an online application signifies that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to assume legal responsibility for each term and condition.

Registration and Account

Any individual or entity interested in promoting JetPrint services through the affiliate program can apply to become an affiliate member.

Users joining the JetPrint affiliate program must register as users of JetPrint to enjoy all the benefits of the program and must provide personal information (name, email address, and password) during registration.

Any user applying for the affiliate program must fulfill two conditions provided by JetPrint:

a. The cumulative purchased amount of products on JetPrint exceeds $50 (USD).

b. Complete at least 5 designed products on JetPrint.

After meeting these conditions, your affiliate program will be automatically unlocked without the need for further application.

Modification

JetPrint reserves the rights to modify this policy at any time, which may include changes to payment procedures and affiliate program rules. Modifications to the affiliate program will be notified via email. If you do not accept any modifications, you may choose to terminate this Agreement.

Commissions

For each referred customer who accesses this website through your unique URL and registers as a customer or makes a purchase using a discount code, you will receive a commission only on orders that are not returned or refunded. Taxes and shipping costs are not included, but discounts are.

The commission will be deposited into your affiliate account after the referral’s order is shipped.

Members applying through the link form: The affiliate period lasts for 36 months after you apply for the affiliate program. Subsequent applications will continue to use the previous affiliate link’s validity period without starting the count again. Potential customers who were or are JetPrint customers are not eligible for commission.

Members applying through discount codes: There is no affiliate term limit. Any potential customers of JetPrint can receive a commission.

Commissions are generated when referred customers make purchases. If there is a refund for the referred customer’s order, the commission for the order will be deducted.

You’ll be entirely responsible for all tax-related reports submitted to the relevant tax authorities.

Payment

The minimum withdrawal amount is $25. You can only withdraw fixed amounts, like $25, $50, $100, $150, $200, etc. There must be a balance of $10 in your account as a deposit for us to deduct, as you can only withdraw $25 once your account reaches $35.

You can request commission withdrawals at any time, and all payments will be made in USD via PayPal within 2-3 business days after receiving your requests. You must have a PayPal account for this purpose.

Restrictions

The sole purpose of using the affiliate URL and coupon codes is to promote JetPrint and refer potential customers to this website.

You may not use the service for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.

You may not infringe on the intellectual property rights of JetPrint or any third parties.

You may not upload or distribute any malicious software or code that could harm potential customers.

You may not engage in any other behavior that could harm the reputation of JetPrint.

Promotion

You must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines, including the Federal Trade Commission’s disclosure guidelines. All advertising statements must be truthful and non-deceptive.

You must maintain JetPrint’s brand image in all advertisements, videos, or online content containing your affiliate URL. The name, trademark, logo, or any identification material provided by JetPrint must be displayed as required and according to the provided technical specifications.

You may not associate JetPrint with vulgar, racist, pornographic, or other offensive content. Upon notification from JetPrint, you must immediately remove advertisements from any website deemed offensive.

You may not transfer, sell, barter, or exchange coupon codes. Do not misrepresent affiliate discounts or manipulate affiliate opportunities for personal gain.

You may participate in SEO and pay-per-click activities, provided that paid traffic is directed through landing pages or web assets and not through direct links. Using keywords containing JetPrint brand names or their variants is prohibited. You may not bid higher than JetPrint’s hosted ads in pay-per-click advertising, nor promote JetPrint on coupon websites.

You may not use our trademark terms in your ad materials, including but not limited to ad titles, ad copy, display names, or display URLs. In any auction-based pay-per-click advertising program, you may not bid in any manner higher than JetPrint.

You may not purchase or use domain names containing JetPrint trademarks, including variants or misspellings.

You may not self-refer or receive commissions from your own account.

Click hijacking, link hijacking, domain deception, or any similar methods are strictly prohibited. The use of pixels, cookie stuffing, or any other methods without the visitor’s knowledge is prohibited.

Customer Privacy

Each customer who accesses this website through your affiliate URL or uses a coupon code must fill out their customer information. All customer information is the proprietary property of JetPrint and the respective customer.

You have no right (i) to participate in any aspect of information processing or (ii) to receive any personal specific information from customers. This policy prohibits you from receiving customer information directly from customers and subsequently forwarding customer information to JetPrint.

You may request customers to provide information directly related to your own referral channels and information acquisition addresses, but JetPrint will never disclose any personally identifying information about customers or customer applicants.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by sending written notice, with or without cause.

JetPrint reserves the rights to terminate the affiliation for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this policy, fraudulent activity, or malicious disruption of affiliate rules. JetPrint reserves the right to delete unverified accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time (90 days).

Upon termination, any commissions existing in the affiliate wallet as of the termination date will be forfeited.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify us for any liability, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from any claims or lawsuits brought against us due to your non-compliance with this Agreement and shall indemnify us against any damages.

Limitation of Liability

JetPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages incurred by the affiliate individual or company or any third parties, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if JetPrint has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The total liability of JetPrint arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of referral commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute between you and JetPrint, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. We are committed to considering reasonable requests for alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (such as mediation or arbitration) as an alternative to litigation. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by courts located in the People’s Republic of China.

Other Terms

Nothing in this agreement shall create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and jetprintapp.com. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You may not make any statements in your website or any other place that reasonably contradicts any content in this section.This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us and you and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements and communications between the parties.
