Connect your Etsy store
Have you discovered the Etsy shop? Click here to add your Etsy store. You can add multiple Etsy stores on the “Add Store” page. This will take you to the authorization page; enter your Etsy login account and password, then click “Grant Access”. Your Etsy store will be associated with your JetPrint account.
Choose products

Where does JetPrint ship from?
Most of JetPrint’s orders will be shipped from China. We recommend setting the shipping address according to Etsy’s store policy when configuring the address. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
I have integrated my account with my store. Will this have any impact on my store?
We use API to integrate with Etsy. All our codes are put online after multiple tests. If your store is suspended, we strongly recommend that you appeal to Etsy. At the same time, we recommend uploading products according to Etsy’s rules.
Will my store privacy be exposed?
When JetPrint applies for Etsy API, to facilitate store management, you can see our application permissions on the authorization page. We respect the privacy of every merchant and strictly adhere to our privacy policy.
Why do I see that my products are synchronized on JetPrint, but I don’t see them in the Etsy store?
This may be caused by the following reasons:
1. Check whether your store is an Etsy store. If you are connected to a store on Shopify or other platforms, it will not be displayed on the Etsy store. Additionally, ensure that you are not connected to multiple Etsy stores and uploading to unintended stores due to carelessness.
2. Since we call the Etsy API to display integration, there may be delays in synchronizing products. Please wait patiently, and the products will definitely be synchronized to your Etsy store.
Can I modify the SKU of a product?
It is worth noting that you cannot modify the SKU of the product. If you modify the SKU of the product, we will not be able to capture the products that have been synchronized in the past. This will result in your customer’s order not being synchronized to your JetPrint account.
