How do I get started?
If you’re already a JetPrint user, simply log in to your account to experience the upgraded mockup generator for yourself. If you’re new to JetPrint, now is the perfect time to join and take advantage of our user-friendly design tools.
I am finding the new generator very difficult to work with. Having to upload huge files and they still show as low resolution, bad print quality.
This didn’t happen with the previous mockup generator.
Would appreciate some help with it.

Thank you for your feedback. Our technical department is already adjusting the image pixel recognition algorithm, and the Mockup generator can still be used normally. While the adjustment is in progress, our production department will manually adjust your design to ensure high-quality printed products.
Please make sure that the product image is clear when you view it in the mockup generator.
